Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) is a popular email marketing and CRM platform. With HT Contact Form, you can seamlessly connect your form submissions to Brevo and automatically add new contacts to your selected Brevo list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This guide will walk you through the entire process of connecting Brevo and mapping form fields for automation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Generate Your Brevo API Key<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To connect Brevo with HT Contact Form, you\u2019ll need an API key:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to https:\/\/app.brevo.com<\/a> and log in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click your profile icon<\/strong> (top right) \u2192 choose SMTP & API<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Under the API Keys<\/strong> tab, click Create a New API Key<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Give it a name (e.g., \u201cHT Contact Form\u201d) and click Generate<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Copy the key immediately \u2014 you won't be able to see it again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. In your WordPress dashboard, go to HT Contact Form \u2192 Global Settings \u2192 Integrations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Find Brevo<\/strong> and click the settings gear icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Paste your API Key<\/strong> into the field provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click Verify and Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Once verified, the integration toggle will turn on<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        In the integration drawer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Integration Name<\/strong>: Set a custom name (e.g., \u201cBrevo Integration Feed\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Brevo List<\/strong>: Select the list where new contacts will be added.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Brevo Fields<\/strong>: Map each Brevo field to the corresponding HT Contact Form field using the field picker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • First Name<\/strong> \u2192 {input.name.first_name}<\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n
