This guide walks you through connecting Insightly CRM with HT Contact Form. You\u2019ll learn how to generate your Insightly API Key and URL, enable the integration in your WordPress dashboard, and map form fields for automated lead capture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Log in to Insightly<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Visit https:\/\/www.insightly.com\/<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click Login<\/strong> (top right corner) and enter your credentials.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Get Your API Key<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. After logging in, click your profile icon<\/strong> in the top-right corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

        Step 4: Open HT Contact Form in WordPress<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Navigate to: HT Contact Form \u2192 Global Settings \u2192 Integrations<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n

          1. Paste your API Key<\/strong> into the API Key<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Paste your API URL<\/strong> into the API URL<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Click Verify and Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            If the API key and URL are valid, you\u2019ll see a success message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Step 6: Map HT Contact Form Fields to Insightly<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            1. Go to HT Contact Form \u2192 Forms<\/strong> and open an existing form or create a new one.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Click the Integrations<\/strong> tab in the form editor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. Enable the Insightly<\/strong> integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            4. Provide an Integration Name<\/strong> (e.g., “Contacts”,”Lead Capture”).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            5. Map form input fields (Name, Email, etc.) to corresponding Insightly fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
